Every Forz plan starts at a 10-user minimum. That means a 4-person shop and a 10-person shop pay the same standard price — $500 a month on an annual plan. It's the honest floor on what it costs us to run the platform for an account.
So don't divide $250 by the number of people you have today. Compare it to the $500 you'd otherwise be paying. The program cuts that floor in half.

How this works with the 3-year price guarantee
These two things sound like they're in tension, so here's the plain version: the guarantee locks your standard rate. The program is a discount off it.
The day you enroll, your standard Forz Complete rate is locked for three years — $50/user/month annual, $60/user/month monthly.
For two years, the program discounts that locked rate — 50% off in year 1, 25% off in year 2.
When the discount ends, you land on the rate you were quoted on day one — not whatever list price happens to be two years from now.

Field service companies with fewer than 10 users at enrollment. That's it — no industry restriction, no minimum revenue, and no requirement that you be new to software. We confirm your user count on your demo call, and if you're a fit we enroll you at the program rate from day one.
Under 10 users is a requirement to join, not a cap you have to stay under afterwards. Once you're in, nothing changes mid-term — we don't re-price you the moment you hire someone, and your plan covers up to 10 users. Your user count is reviewed once a year at your renewal. If you're at 10 or more users at that point, your account moves to standard per-user pricing going forward, at the rate locked in by your 3-year price guarantee.
Your account moves to standard Forz Complete pricing: $50/user/month on an annual plan or $60/user/month billed monthly, at the 10-user minimum. We say this plainly because we'd rather you plan for it than be surprised by it. Because your 3-year price guarantee starts the day you sign up, the standard rate you move onto is the one you were quoted at enrollment — not whatever the price happens to be two years from now.
No. The program is available month-to-month at $300/month in year 1 and $450/month in year 2, with no annual lock-in. Choosing annual billing brings it down to $250/month and $375/month respectively — a 17% saving, the same discount we offer on standard plans. You can cancel or change your plan at any time.
No. Program accounts get the full Forz Complete platform — every core module, the same one every other customer runs on. Scheduling, dispatch, route optimization, the CRM, estimates, invoicing, QuickBooks sync, inspections, asset tracking, and the iOS and Android apps are all included. There is no small-business edition and nothing is feature-gated.
Yes. Guided onboarding and free standard data migration are included exactly as they are on a full-price plan. We configure the platform for your workflows, import your customers, contacts, sites, and active jobs, and train your office staff and field techs before we consider onboarding complete.
