Every Forz plan starts at a 10-user minimum. That means a 4-person shop and a 10-person shop pay the same standard price: $500 a month on an annual plan. It's the floor on what it costs us to run the platform for an account.
So don't divide $250 by the number of people you have today. Compare it to the $500 you'd otherwise be paying. The program cuts that floor in half.

How this works with the 3-year price guarantee
These two things sound like they're in tension, so here's the plain version: the guarantee locks your standard rate. The program is a discount off it.
The day you sign up, your standard Forz Complete rate is locked for three years ($50/user/month annual, $60/user/month monthly, 10-user minimum).
For two years, the program discounts that locked rate by 50% in year 1 and 25% in year 2.
When the discount ends, you land on the rate you were quoted on day one, not whatever list price happens to be two years from now.

Questions about the program
Field service companies that are new to Forz, have fewer than 10 people in total who use or need Forz (field techs, office staff, dispatchers and owners), and had annual revenue of $1M or less in their most recent full fiscal year. There's no industry restriction. It's by application: you apply, we confirm your eligibility on a short review call, and approval is at Forz's discretion. We may ask you to verify your team size or revenue. If you're approved, program pricing starts once your account is set up.
The program covers up to 9 users. If you add a 10th user, your account moves to standard Forz Complete pricing on your next invoice, at the rate locked in by your 3-year price guarantee ($50/user/month billed annually or $60 month-to-month, 10-user minimum, so $500 or $600 a month at 10 users). The difference for the rest of your current billing period is prorated from the day the 10th user was added. It works the same on annual and month-to-month billing.
Your account moves to standard Forz Complete pricing: $50/user/month on an annual plan or $60/user/month billed monthly, at the 10-user minimum. We say this plainly because we'd rather you plan for it than be surprised by it. Because your 3-year price guarantee starts the day you sign up, the standard rate you move onto is the one you were quoted at sign-up, not whatever the price happens to be two years from now.
No. The program is available month-to-month at $300/month in year 1 and $450/month in year 2, with no annual lock-in. Choosing annual billing brings it down to $250/month and $375/month respectively (a 17% saving, the same discount we offer on standard plans). You can cancel or change your plan at any time.
No. Program accounts get the full Forz Complete platform, the same one every other customer runs on, with every core module. Scheduling, dispatch, route optimization, the CRM, estimates, invoicing, QuickBooks sync, inspections, asset tracking, and the iOS and Android apps are all included. There is no small-business edition and nothing is feature-gated.
Yes. Guided onboarding and free standard data migration are included exactly as they are on a full-price plan. We configure the platform for your workflows, import your customers, contacts, sites, and active jobs, and train your office staff and field techs before we consider onboarding complete.
