Jobber publishes its prices, which puts it ahead of a lot of field service software. The hard part is reading them: four plans, four team sizes and three ways to pay, and the headline number is rarely what a working team pays. This guide puts the whole grid on one page, shows what each tier holds back, and works out totals for 5, 10 and 15 users.
Every figure below is Jobber’s published list price in USD as of September 2026, taken from Jobber’s pricing page and Help Center. Prices exclude sales tax and change often, so confirm them on Jobber’s site before you sign. We make Forz, a competing platform; our pricing comparison is near the end, and everything else comes from Jobber’s own pages unless noted.
Jobber Plans and Prices (September 2026)
Jobber sells four plans: Core, Connect, Grow and Plus. Each one is priced by team size, and each size has three billing options:
- Annual prepaid: the full year is charged up front. Cheapest per month.
- 1-year commitment, billed monthly: a 12-month minimum term, paid monthly.
- No commitment: month to month, cancel any time.
| Plan | Users | Annual prepaid | 1-year, billed monthly | No commitment |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | 1 | $29/mo | $39/mo | $49/mo |
| Connect | 1 | $99/mo | $119/mo | $139/mo |
| Connect | 5 | $149/mo | $169/mo | $199/mo |
| Connect | 10 | $229/mo | $259/mo | $299/mo |
| Connect | 15 | $299/mo | $339/mo | $399/mo |
| Grow | 1 | $149/mo | $169/mo | $199/mo |
| Grow | 5 | $229/mo | $259/mo | $299/mo |
| Grow | 10 | $299/mo | $349/mo | $399/mo |
| Grow | 15 | $399/mo | $429/mo | $499/mo |
| Plus | 5 | $399/mo | $439/mo | $499/mo |
| Plus | 10 | $449/mo | $499/mo | $599/mo |
| Plus | 15 | $529/mo | $599/mo | $699/mo |
A few things the grid doesn’t show on its own:
- Core is a single-user plan, and Plus starts at 5 users. On the pricing page, the Plus cards lead to “Contact Sales,” while Core, Connect and Grow lead to a free trial.
- Extra users are $29/month each. Jobber defines a user as anyone who accesses your account, in the office or in the field, to view or manage the team’s schedule. A dispatcher or office manager who works the schedule counts.
- Teams of 16 or more have no published price. The team-size selector sends you to Jobber’s sales team.
- Jobber’s own documentation disagrees on user limits. Help Center articles updated in August 2026 still describe Connect as supporting up to 5 users and Grow up to 10, while the pricing page sells both at 15. Above those counts, get the tier confirmed in writing.
Annual prepaid runs about 20–25% below the no-commitment price on most tiers (about 29% on 1-user Connect and 41% on Core). The 1-year commitment billed monthly saves about 12–17% (20% on Core).
What Each Jobber Plan Gates
Every plan includes unlimited quotes, jobs and invoices, the client CRM, the Client hub customer portal, online booking, scheduling, payments, a Jobber website, basic reporting, and Jobber’s AI Voice and AI Chat. The differences are in the operational features:
| Feature | Core | Connect | Grow | Plus |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| QuickBooks Online / Xero sync | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Route optimization | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| GPS tracking (waypoints) | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Time and expense tracking | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Automated reminders and follow-ups | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Custom automation builder | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| Two-way text messaging (US, Canada, UK) | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| Job costing | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| Automated job costing (supplier invoice scanning) | No | No | No | Yes |
| Guided onboarding sessions | None | 2 sessions | 3 sessions | Unlimited |
| Data import service, Premium Support | No | No | No | Yes |
A few details worth knowing before you pick a tier:
- QuickBooks: sync starts at Connect and covers QuickBooks Online, not QuickBooks Desktop. Jobber’s integration FAQ describes the current QuickBooks sync as one way, from Jobber to QuickBooks, apart from a one-time import of clients and products when you first connect.
- GPS: the built-in tracking logs a waypoint when a user clocks in, completes a visit or adds a note. It isn’t continuous. Live vehicle tracking runs through partner hardware such as FleetSharp devices, priced by the partner.
- Job costing starts at Grow. If you want profit by job, Grow is your real floor. Jobber’s Help Center is inconsistent on whether job costing covers recurring jobs or only one-off jobs, so confirm it if most of your work is recurring.
Add-Ons and Fees
| Add-on or fee | Core, Connect, Grow | Plus |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing Suite (reviews, referrals, campaigns) | $99/mo add-on | Included |
| AI Receptionist | $29/mo for 30 conversations, then $0.79 each | Included, unlimited |
| Sales Pipeline | $49/mo add-on | Included |
| Credit card processing (US, Canada, UK) | 2.9% + 30¢ | 2.9% + 30¢ |
| Tap to Pay | 2.7% + 30¢ | 2.7% + 30¢ |
| ACH bank payments (US only) | 1% | 1% |
| Instant payouts | Extra 1% | Extra 1% |
The AI Receptionist needs a dedicated phone number, which Jobber offers only in the US, Canada and the UK. Overage conversations are added to your next renewal invoice. Jobber’s general add-ons article mentions 100 conversations per month while the Receptionist article says 30, so confirm the allowance when you buy. Add-ons can’t be purchased during the free trial.
The Jobber website and Google Business Profile optimization are included on every plan.
Don’t skip the processing line. A shop collecting $40,000 a month by card pays about $1,160 a month in percentage fees before the 30¢ per transaction, more than any Jobber subscription on this page. The same math applies on any platform.
Contract and Billing Terms
From Jobber’s pricing FAQ:
- Annual prepaid: the full term is billed up front. If you cancel, access continues to the end of the term, but the initial payment is non-refundable.
- 1-year commitment, billed monthly: a 12-month minimum. Cancel mid-year and you keep paying monthly until the term ends.
- No commitment: cancel any time, and billing stops at the end of the current period.
- All subscriptions auto-renew unless you set them not to. You can upgrade any time; downgrades wait for the end of the billing cycle.
- Franchises and multi-location businesses get custom pricing through Jobber’s partnerships team.
The middle option is still a full year’s commitment. If you’re unsure, run a month or two on no-commitment billing before you prepay.
Jobber also runs limited-time discounts for new customers from time to time. We use list prices throughout, because list price is what you pay once a promotion ends.
What Jobber Costs a Commercial Team at 5, 10 and 15 Users
A commercial service team almost always needs accounting sync, route optimization and GPS, which means Connect. Most also want job costing to see which jobs pay, and that means Grow. Here is Grow at list price:
| Team size | Annual prepaid | 1-year, billed monthly | No commitment |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 users | $229/mo ($2,748 up front) | $259/mo ($3,108/yr) | $299/mo ($3,588/yr) |
| 10 users | $299/mo ($3,588 up front) | $349/mo ($4,188/yr) | $399/mo ($4,788/yr) |
| 15 users | $399/mo ($4,788 up front) | $429/mo ($5,148/yr) | $499/mo ($5,988/yr) |
Now add the extras. Marketing Suite, AI Receptionist and Sales Pipeline together add $177/month to Grow, and at every team size that costs more than Plus: $406 vs $399 at 5 users, $476 vs $449 at 10, $576 vs $529 at 15 (annual prepaid). If you want all three, price Plus. For team sizes between tiers, compare the next tier up with the lower tier plus $29 per extra user, and ask Jobber which one it will bill.
Where Jobber Is a Great Fit
Jobber is built for small, growing home-service businesses, from solo operators up to about 15 users: lawn care, cleaning, landscaping, residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting and handyman work. Its strengths:
- Published pricing by tier and billing option, which is still unusual in this market.
- Client-facing tools on every plan: Client hub, online booking, and a website.
- A large integration marketplace (100+ apps), including QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zapier and Gusto.
- A 14-day free trial of Grow-level features with no credit card, and support that Capterra reviewers widely praise.
- A Spanish-language app for team members other than admins and account owners, per Jobber’s pricing FAQ, and timers, notes and attachments that keep working offline and sync later, per Jobber’s Help Center.
For a one- to five-person residential crew, Core or Connect is inexpensive and hard to beat. Our Jobber vs Housecall Pro comparison covers that decision.
It gets harder as the work turns commercial. Jobber’s plans include checklists and job forms from Connect up, but we didn’t find a dedicated inspection module or a native record for each piece of customer equipment. Equipment details such as model and serial numbers go in custom fields and notes, a third-party marketplace app (AssetMinder) adds per-asset service history, and third-party reviews say Jobber keeps service history per client and property rather than per asset. Past 15 users, there’s no published price at all.
How Forz Pricing Compares
Forz has one plan: $50 per user per month on annual billing, or $60 month-to-month, with a 10-user minimum. That makes the floor $500/month on annual billing. Every core module is included: scheduling and dispatch, one-click route optimization, two-way QuickBooks Online sync for customers, items and invoices, the customer portal, service agreements, and inspections on barcode-tracked devices with frequencies from daily to every 7 years, plus iOS and Android apps with offline access. Optional extras such as usage-based AI, telephony and messaging, and payment processing are priced separately.
At list price, Jobber costs less:
| Team size | Jobber Grow (annual) | Jobber Plus (annual) | Forz (annual) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 users | $229/mo | $399/mo | $500/mo standard; $250/mo in year 1 with the Small Business Program |
| 10 users | $299/mo | $449/mo | $500/mo |
| 15 users | $399/mo | $529/mo | $750/mo |
If your work is residential and lives in quoting, scheduling and invoicing, Jobber will usually cost you less, and it’s a good product. Forz earns its price when the work is commercial: recurring inspections on customer-owned equipment, service agreements that generate their own jobs and invoices, and accounting that has to sync both ways. The core rate is also guaranteed for 3 years, standard data migration and guided onboarding are included, and month-to-month billing carries no annual lock-in. Above 15 users, the per-user rate stays published.
For teams under 10 users at enrollment, the Small Business Program takes 50% off year 1 and 25% off year 2: $250/month, then $375/month, then the standard $500/month floor on annual billing.
