FieldPulse doesn’t publish its prices. As of September 2026, its pricing page shows no plan names and no dollar figures. It says FieldPulse is seat-based, that pricing is built around what your team needs, and its main button reads “Get a Custom Quote.” Its general FAQ adds that pricing depends on the size of your business and points you to a demo.
So there’s no price list to reprint. What FieldPulse does publish is how the quote is built, which add-ons it sells and how each one is billed, and the standard contract terms in its Terms of Service. That’s enough to know what to ask for and what to read before you sign.
Everything below is as of September 2026 and comes from FieldPulse’s pricing page, help center, Terms of Service and other pages on its site. The one third-party estimate is labeled as such. We make Forz, a competing platform. Our pricing comparison is near the end.

How FieldPulse Pricing Works
FieldPulse’s pricing FAQ describes the model plainly: you buy a set number of seats up front for your contract term, and the rate depends on what each seat needs access to. Its general FAQ calls this a tiered structure for different user types. An employee who doesn’t need every feature costs less per month than a higher-level employee.
That’s what “FieldPulse plans” means in practice. There’s no public package ladder like Jobber’s four plans. The tiers are seat types inside your own quote. Some third-party sites attach plan names such as Essentials, Professional and Enterprise to FieldPulse, but FieldPulse doesn’t publish those names.
The Terms of Service say fees are based on the number of users plus any add-on applications, with the breakdown on your order form. In practice, the quote comes down to four things:
- How many seats you buy for the term.
- Which seat type each person needs, based on the features they use.
- Which add-ons you turn on, and how much you expect to use the usage-based ones.
- The term on your order form, which sets how long you’re committed to that seat count.
If you plan to grow, FieldPulse’s pricing FAQ suggests telling the sales team your target headcount so the first quote is built around it.
Seats Are Bought for the Full Term
The seat terms are what matter most after you sign. FieldPulse’s Terms of Service say fees are non-refundable and non-cancelable, and that you remain responsible for all fees due for the full subscription term “regardless of usage.” You can’t end the agreement early because you’re dissatisfied, because your team didn’t use or adopt the software, because a feature you wanted isn’t included, or because your business, finances or operational needs changed.
Adding seats is simple. The pricing FAQ confirms you can add seats as the team grows. Per the Terms of Service, seats above your contracted number are charged at the per-seat rate for the rest of the term, end with your current term, and are billed on your normal schedule, whether that’s monthly, annually or something else.
Reducing seats is less clear. The only path the Terms of Service describe is ending your subscription, or an additional user subscription, at the end of the term with 60 days’ written notice. None of the public pages we reviewed (the pricing FAQ, the Terms of Service and the help center) describe reducing seats mid-term. FieldPulse’s general FAQ does say you can tailor user types to your needs and “make updates at any time,” so ask how that applies to the seat count on your order form.
Count the people who will need a login in year one. Extra seats can be added later at the per-seat rate, so weigh whatever rate you’d get by buying ahead against paying for empty seats through the whole term.
Contract Term, Renewal and Price Increases
FieldPulse’s Terms of Service set these defaults:
- A one-year initial term, starting when you accept the subscription.
- Automatic renewal for another year at the end of each term, unless you give 60 days’ written notice.
- Fee increases at renewal, allowed with 60 days’ written notice.
- Up-front invoicing: where applicable, you’re invoiced for the initial term and implementation when you accept the subscription, with payment due within 15 days (or sooner if your order form says so).
The renewal terms apply “unless otherwise stated in your agreement,” and the same terms say the agreement runs for the fixed subscription term set in your Order Form, so your order form can set a different length. Find three dates on it: when the term ends, the last day to give notice (60 days before that), and when any new renewal rate takes effect.
FieldPulse Add-Ons and How Each Is Billed
FieldPulse says its core platform covers the full job lifecycle. Its pricing page then lists eight premium add-ons, none with a published price, and each one says to ask the FieldPulse team for details. The pricing FAQ sums up the billing: some add-ons are flat-rate, some are consumption-based and some are seat-based.
| Add-on | What it does | How it’s billed |
|---|---|---|
| Engage | Built-in phone system; calls, texts and voicemail log to the customer record (US and Canada) | By line and license |
| Operator AI | AI voice agent that answers inbound calls and books jobs; requires Engage | Usage-based |
| Chat AI | 24/7 booking assistant on your website | Usage-based |
| Pricebook | Shared price catalog; part of the Sales Suite add-on with Dynamic Proposals | Flat monthly fee |
| Custom Forms | Job forms such as inspection reports and safety checklists | Flat monthly fee |
| Fleet Tracking | Live vehicle tracking through FieldPulse’s partnership with Azuga | Per vehicle or device; rates vary by hardware |
| FieldPulse Payments | Payment processing | Usage-based; transaction fees apply |
| FieldPulse Financing | Customer financing | No FieldPulse fees; the provider’s plans and dealer fees vary |
A few details that change the total:
- Operator AI needs two add-ons. FieldPulse’s help center says it requires the Operator AI add-on plus Engage with at least one connected phone number. Operator AI and Chat AI are FieldPulse’s own AI tools, built into the platform, and its pricing page lists both as usage-based, with rates on request. FieldPulse doesn’t say which AI model runs them.
- Inspection forms live in Custom Forms. FieldPulse positions Custom Forms for inspection reports and safety checklists. Its help center says the feature is turned on per account, and the settings tile reads “Contact us for pricing.”
- Live GPS comes with Fleet Tracking. Without it, FieldPulse’s team map shows where each person was the last time they used the mobile app, not a live GPS feed. The Terms of Service also let FieldPulse keep charging for a fleet tracking subscription until all the hardware is returned.
Some things you might expect to pay extra for are included. FieldPulse’s ClearPath job-stage workflows (custom job statuses with per-stage checklists and required actions) come with the subscription at no extra cost, according to both its ClearPath page and its help center. Asset tracking, maintenance agreements and the customer portal aren’t on the add-on list. FieldPulse’s pricing page also says that what you’re quoted is what you pay, so make sure every add-on you plan to use is on the quote.
Onboarding, Data Migration and Support
FieldPulse’s own comparison page against ServiceTitan says onboarding is included, isn’t billed separately and runs about 30 days. Its help center says the self-import templates and the accounting integrations (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop and Xero) are included, while having a FieldPulse Data Engineer migrate your data is a paid service.
Two lines in the Terms of Service are worth checking against your quote. Implementation is invoiced with the initial term “if applicable,” and premium support may be available under a separate Customer Success Agreement. If either applies to you, it should appear on your order form.
What Third-Party Sites Estimate
With no published prices, every FieldPulse number you’ll find online is an estimate. The most specific recent one comes from ServiceAgent, which sells an AI front-office product. In August 2026 it estimated FieldPulse at about $65, $90 and $115 per user per month, under plan names (Essentials, Professional and Enterprise) that FieldPulse doesn’t publish.
FieldPulse’s pricing FAQ addresses these figures directly. It says pricing on third-party review sites hasn’t been verified by FieldPulse, that no outside number will reflect what your team would pay because pricing is customized, and that you can ask FieldPulse whether a figure you’ve seen is in the right range. Use $65–$115 as a rough range to check your quote against, not as a price.
How to Get a Real FieldPulse Quote
Quotes start with a demo. Get each of these answered on the order form:
- The monthly rate for each seat type, and which features each type can use.
- The number of seats you’re committing to, and whether that number can go down before the term ends.
- The term length, the renewal term and the notice deadline for cancelling.
- Any cap on price increases at renewal.
- Each add-on in the quote, its price and how it’s billed: flat fee, usage, line and license, or per vehicle.
- For Operator AI or Chat AI, the usage rate and an estimate for a typical month, plus Engage line and license costs for Operator AI.
- Whether anything is invoiced for implementation, and the price of Data Migration if you want FieldPulse’s team to move your data.
- Payment processing rates, in writing.
- Fleet Tracking hardware terms, including what happens when you cancel.
- Your all-in cost for year one and for the first renewal.
Who FieldPulse Fits
FieldPulse describes itself as software for small-to-mid-sized teams of 5 to 200 employees. It suits residential and mixed HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors that want configurable job workflows (ClearPath is included), QuickBooks Desktop or Xero sync, a built-in phone system, and onboarding that comes with the subscription. Its pricing FAQ is direct about the trial: there isn’t one, and you get a demo built around your trade, team size and workflows instead.
Two things to check in the demo if they matter to you. Route planning has the dispatcher click jobs on the map in the order they should run, and FieldPulse fills in the start and end times. “Route Optimization” is listed “On Deck” on its feature roadmap. And offline, technicians can’t create new customers or collect payments until the device reconnects.
How Forz Pricing Compares
Forz publishes its price: $50 per user per month on annual billing, or $60 month-to-month, with a 10-user minimum. Every core module is included: scheduling and dispatch, one-click route optimization, inspections on barcode-tracked devices with frequencies from daily to every 7 years, service agreements, the customer portal, two-way QuickBooks Online sync, and iOS and Android apps that work offline. Standard data migration (one standard import) and guided onboarding are included, and the core rate is guaranteed for 3 years.
AI is priced differently too. Forz’s built-in AI features, such as schedule suggestions and report filters, come with the plan. You can also connect the agent you already use, whether that’s Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Hermes Agent (an open-source agent from Nous Research) or a custom agent, to Forz through the Forz CLI or the Forz REST API. Forz doesn’t mark up or meter that usage. Your AI provider bills you directly under your own account. A Forz server for the Model Context Protocol (MCP) is planned but not available yet. Any usage-based AI from Forz is optional and priced separately, and you see the price before you turn it on. See how Forz AI agents work. Telephony and messaging, payment processing and premium add-ons are also priced separately.
Here’s Forz at list price:
| Team size | Annual billing | Month-to-month |
|---|---|---|
| 10 users | $500/mo ($6,000/yr) | $600/mo ($7,200/yr) |
| 15 users | $750/mo ($9,000/yr) | $900/mo ($10,800/yr) |
| 25 users | $1,250/mo ($15,000/yr) | $1,500/mo ($18,000/yr) |
On month-to-month billing there’s no annual commitment, so you aren’t locked into a seat count for a year, and you add users as the team grows. For teams under 10 users at enrollment, the Small Business Program takes 50% off year one.
We can’t tell you whether Forz costs more or less than FieldPulse for your team, because FieldPulse’s price only exists in your quote. Compare them line by line: get a FieldPulse quote with every seat type and add-on you’d use, then set it next to Forz pricing. Forz doesn’t offer a free trial either, so book a demo and bring your FieldPulse quote.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does FieldPulse cost?
FieldPulse doesn’t publish prices. As of September 2026, it gives each business a custom, seat-based quote: you buy a set number of seats up front for the contract term, and each seat’s rate depends on the features it needs. Third-party sites estimate roughly $65–$115 per user per month, figures FieldPulse says it hasn’t verified. Add-ons such as Engage, Operator AI, Custom Forms and Fleet Tracking are billed separately.
Does FieldPulse have pricing plans or tiers?
Not public ones. FieldPulse publishes no plan names. Its tiers are user types, and employees who don’t need every feature cost less per month than higher-level users. Plan names like Essentials, Professional and Enterprise come from third-party estimates, not from FieldPulse.
Does FieldPulse require an annual contract?
By default, yes. FieldPulse’s Terms of Service set a one-year initial term that renews automatically for another year unless you give 60 days’ written notice, and fees can rise at renewal with 60 days’ notice. Fees are non-refundable and non-cancelable for the term, though your order form can set different terms.
Can I add or remove FieldPulse seats during the contract?
You can add seats during the term, charged at your per-seat rate for the rest of it. FieldPulse’s public terms describe ending an additional user subscription only at the end of the term, with 60 days’ written notice, and don’t describe reducing seats mid-term, so ask how seat changes work before you sign.
Which FieldPulse features cost extra?
As of September 2026, FieldPulse’s premium add-ons are Engage (its phone system), Operator AI, Chat AI, Pricebook, Custom Forms, Fleet Tracking and FieldPulse Payments, billed by flat monthly fee, usage, line and license, or vehicle, with no prices published. Operator AI also requires Engage. FieldPulse Financing is listed too and carries no FieldPulse fees, though the provider’s fees vary. ClearPath workflows, asset tracking, maintenance agreements and the customer portal aren’t on the add-on list.
Does FieldPulse offer a free trial?
No. FieldPulse’s pricing FAQ says it doesn’t offer a free trial and instead offers a demo built around your trade, team size and workflows. Pricing comes from a quote after that conversation.
