The FieldPulse alternative with published pricing and month-to-month terms

Forz lists its rate on the pricing page: $50/user/month on annual plans or $60 month-to-month, with a 10-user minimum. FieldPulse is a capable platform, but you need a sales quote to see its price, and its standard terms start with a one-year contract. In Forz, inspections, route optimization, and service agreements are core modules included in every plan.

Why teams look for a FieldPulse alternative

1

You can't see a price without a sales call

As of September 2026, FieldPulse publishes no plan names or prices, and its pricing page asks you to request a custom quote. Third-party sites estimate roughly $65 to $115 per user per month, figures FieldPulse's own FAQ says it has not verified.

2

Seats are bought up front for a one-year term

FieldPulse is seat-based: you buy a set number of seats up front, and its Terms of Service say fees are owed for the full term regardless of usage. Seats can be added mid-term at the per-seat rate; the public terms don't describe reducing seats mid-term. The standard term is one year and renews automatically unless you give 60 days' written notice, and fees for a renewal term can rise. Your order form can set different terms, so read it closely before you sign.

3

Inspection forms are a paid add-on

FieldPulse's pricing page lists Custom Forms, the builder it uses for inspection reports and safety checklists, as a premium add-on billed at a flat monthly fee it doesn't publish. In Forz, digital inspections with barcode-tracked devices and inspection frequencies from daily to every 7 years are part of the core plan.

4

Route planning is still manual

FieldPulse's Route Optimization feature has the dispatcher click jobs on the map in the order they want them run, then fills in the times. A 'Route Optimization' item is listed 'On Deck' on FieldPulse's own roadmap as of September 2026. Forz optimizes each technician's or crew's daily route in one click.
