Dispatch the right plumber, stock every van, and get paid online.
Manage burst-pipe emergencies, bathroom remodels, and yearly backflow tests in one platform. Schedule suggestions rank qualified plumbers by urgency and proximity, and customers pay invoices online by card or ACH.
Challenges Plumbing companies face
These are the problems we hear about most from plumbing teams.
Slow emergency dispatch
When a pipe bursts, every minute counts. Manual dispatch means lost calls and lost revenue.
Paper invoicing delays
Techs complete jobs but invoices don't go out for days. Cash flow suffers while paperwork piles up.
Parts runs in the middle of a job
The tech opens the wall and the right fitting is on another van. Without stock counts per truck, every missing part becomes a supply-house run the customer waits through.
How Forz helps
Features built to solve real plumbing operations challenges.
Emergency Calls to the Right Plumber
Give the job a same-day due date and the skills it needs. Schedule suggestions consider only plumbers with those skills and rank up to 5 open slots by soonest date, urgency, proximity, workload, and familiarity with the customer.
Invoices Paid Online
Generate the invoice from the completed job with its line items copied over and email it. The customer pays by card or US bank ACH through Stripe, from the emailed link or the customer portal. Forz records the payment and syncs the invoice to QuickBooks Online.
Stock on Every Van
Track parts per warehouse and truck with the Advanced Inventory module. Transfers restock vans from the warehouse, and a nightly email flags any location that drops below its reorder point.
Customer History
Every site keeps its job history and files, and each backflow preventer carries its own test results and next due date. Your tech opens the job in the mobile app and sees what was done before, even without a signal.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions about using Forz for plumbing operations.
Create the job with a same-day due date and any required skills, then click Schedule and choose Find Best Time. Forz checks every active plumber who has those skills and returns up to 5 ranked options, scored on soonest date, urgency, proximity to their other jobs, workload, and familiarity with the customer, with drive time from the previous stop when it's available. Accept one and the job lands on that plumber's calendar. The dispatcher can then text the customer contact from Conversations, through your own Twilio account or Forz telephony (priced separately).
Generate the invoice from the completed job and Forz copies the customer, service address, payment term, and line items. Email it or share its link, and the customer pays by credit card or US bank ACH through Stripe checkout without logging in. Customers who use the customer portal can also pay it there. Forz records the payment, moves the invoice to Paid or Partially Paid, and syncs the invoice to QuickBooks Online.
Yes, with the Advanced Inventory module. Each warehouse and service van is an inventory location, and every stocked item shows Stock on Hand, Committed Stock, In Transit, and Available for Sale per location. Parts added to a job are reserved, and they leave the van's count when the invoice leaves Draft. Transfers restock a van from the warehouse, and a nightly email flags any location below its own reorder point.
